Write! The Anthology Launch

The Stove Network is publishing a book! Coming at the end of January is the launch of our ‘Write Anthology 2026’, produced and printed at our very own Print House. We look forward to welcoming you to an evening of celebration of all things Write, The Print House & – most importantly – what can happen when folk get together, get creative & get putting pen to paper!
Each month in the Stove Cafe, author Karl Drinkwater hosts a creative writing workshop: WRITE! Sessions provide dedicated time to be creative in a short and inspirational burst of free-flowing expression, surrounded by friends.
There is such a wealth of talent on display every month that we decided to compile a tiny fraction of the creative work that has come out of WRITE! sessions. This book showcases the creativity of those who take part.
So pull up a seat and enjoy a wide range of poetry and prose. There will be refreshments, opportunity to purchase a Limited Edition copy of the anthology, and readings from the authors. What’s more, the book includes the prompts that inspired the writing, in case you want to use it as inspiration for your own work!
Tickets are free and you can reserve a book with your ticket. Books cost £15 each on the night.
