Relax & Recharge Yoga (Dumfries)

This yoga class is designed to help you relax and also feel revitalised. The class includes beneficial breathing, mindful movement and relaxation. The class is suitable for beginners to yoga, people with more experience, and pregnant women from 12 weeks onwards. You will learn helpful movements, postures and breathing techniques to bring some calm to your life, help you de-stress, whilst also improving flexibility and strength. Class taught by Alyson Tyler, qualified yoga teacher, been teaching yoga for 18 years.
Book online, bookings close 1 hour before the class starts.
Cost £7 / £5 (concession, for U16, 60+, low wage, student etc)
