Inspiring Positive Future- Ted Leeming
Thu 23 April @ 7:30 pm

Please join us for an open and welcoming evening of positive conversation, bringing together audience and expert panel to explore how we might better work together, as individuals, communities, and as a society, to shape positive futures.
Through shared discussion, reflection, and exchange, the evening will also help inform Ted’s Call to Action for newly elected MSPs following this year’s elections, inviting land, and all who depend on it, human and non-human, to be placed at the heart of how decisions are made.
The talk follows on from Ted’s Exhibition- Here’s What The Worms Told Me.
Here’s What The Worms Told MeAn exhibition by Ted Leemingleemingpaterson.comIs it possible that a pair of underpants can reveal the health of any piece of land beneath our feet?
And what did the worms have to say about it?
Join us to find out in Here’s What The Worms Told Me…, just one element of Ted Leeming’s new project, three years in the making and including his interdisciplinary collaboration Charter of Rights for All Things – Now and Yet to Be, and If Place Mirrors Who We Are, What Does It Reflect?, shortlisted and part of a UK touring exhibition in the Royal Geographic Society Earth Photo 2025 competition.
Alongside these and other surprises, this exhibition isn’t just something to look at – it’s something to be a part of.
Through a voluntary interaction your voice will directly inform Ted’s call to action, “to place Scotland’s land – and all who depend on it – at the centre of decision making through shared, collaborative action.” Working with key land based, environmental and community organisations the call to action will be addressed to all incoming MSPs and decision makers, and sent immediately after the 2026 Holyrood elections,This interactive discussion at 7:30pm on 23 April will further explore these and other topics around our place in time.
