Join Jane, a qualified Breathwork Facilitator, for a gentle 2-hour Breathwork Workshop
Friday 28th February | 1:00 – 3:00pm at Dalry Town Hall
£10 per person
This session is perfect for complete beginners and anyone looking to slow down, breathe more deeply, and reconnect with their body.
You’ll learn simple, effective breathing techniques to:

  • Reduce stress
  • Calm a busy mind
  • Support relaxation and wellbeing
  • No previous experience is needed.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and cushion if you wish. All exercises can also be done seated if that feels more comfortable for you.
